PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 75182 to El Paso Natural Gas Company – Cimarron Generating Station

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 75182 to El Paso Natural Gas Company, LLC for the continued operation of the Cimmaron Generating Station in Cochise County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter nominally less than 10 microns (PM₁₀), particulate matter nominally less than 2.5 microns (PM_2.5), volatile organic compounds (VOC), nitrogen oxides (NO_x), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), carbon monoxide (CO), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
