PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 73803 to Forest Energy Corporation

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 73803 to Forest Energy Corporation for the continued operation of a wood fuel pellet, animal bedding, and densified wood fire log manufacturing facility located in Navajo County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter (PM), particulate matter nominally less than 10 microns (PM10), particulate matter nominally less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5), ), nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
