Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality intends to issue an Individual Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s):

Facility

Freeport-McMoRan Morenci Inc., located in Greenlee County, Ariz., in all or portions of Sections 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, and 32 – 35 in Township 3 South, Range 29 East; Sections 1 – 36 in Township 4 South, Range 29 East, and Sections 1 – 12 and 14 – 17 in Township 5 South, Range 29 East of the Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian.
