Notice: Pursuant to the Clean Water Act and in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) R18-9-A907, the ADEQ Director proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) Permit to discharge pollutants to waters of the U.S. to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

ADEQ applied for a new AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.1 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated groundwater into the Phoenix Area Canals Salt River Project’s Grand Canal in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 1 N, Range 3 E, Section 20, in Maricopa County, Ariz.
