It is the policy of ADEQ to recognize the public's right of access to public records based on Arizona law. For more information see:

You are welcome to view ADEQ's public records and files in our Phoenix office records center on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please call (602) 771-4380 or fax (602) 771-4389 to request the files you want to review.

When making your request, please provide your name, business or organization, a phone number and other preferred contact information. You can help our Records Center staff locate your requested files faster by providing any details you may know concerning the file (for example, site name, address, ID number, etc.) and the ADEQ program responsible for it.
