Mike Fulton directs the Tank Programs Division. The division oversees the operation of underground storage tanks and the cleanup of sites where tanks have historically leaked.

Mr. Fulton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and has been with the department since 1990 serving in a variety of assignments including staff level hydrologist, program management and executive management positions.

Most recently, Mr. Fulton served as Deputy Director of the Waste Programs Division where he participated in the management of state and federal waste site remediation programs, solid and hazardous waste inspection and compliance programs and brownfields, pollution prevention and voluntary remediation programs.
