Background
We are modifying our online portal, myDEQ, in order to align with imminent changes to state law regarding drywell regulation in Arizona. The passage of House Bill 24101 by the state legislature will remove the state drywell program, which requires us to make the following updates, effective September 24, 2022:
- Drywell registration in myDEQ will end on September 24, 2022.
- Drywells applicable to APP Types 2.01 and 2.04 will continue to be managed in myDEQ
- Drywells in Arizona must inventory on EPA's website directly | Visit EPA Page >
We will demonstrate these changes to provide stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions.
