Description:

EPCOR completed its purchase of Johnson Utilities assets (Jan. 29, 2021), and ADEQ and EPCOR have an agreement in place and are working to bring sewer facilities into compliance in services areas located in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and the Anthem Area of Florence, Arizona. The utility is now known as EPCOR San Tan Water and Wastewater districts. EPCOR has operated the utility on an interim basis since the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) appointed it to do so in the summer of 2018.
