2008 Air Quality Permitting Fees

• Hourly Permit Processing Fee: $133.50
• Annual Emission-based Fee: $38.25

Quarterly Billing: The Permit Processing Fees are billed every calendar quarter. This procedure was implemented to help ADEQ and the Permittees to periodically balance financial records, and provide companies with a mechanism to track the costs associated with the permit processing.
