Databases: Hazardous Material Incident Logbook Search

This database is updated through Nov. 15, 2001. For records of incidents after this date, see the National Response Center access information at the bottom of this page.

Utilize the "^" (caret) character, accessed by hitting SHIFT 6 on your keyboard, to narrow your search to records that begin with a particular string. For example, using ^ACME will only return records that begin with the string "ACME". On the other hand, simply specifying ACME (without the caret) will return records that contain "ACME" anywhere within the string.

You only need to enter one field; leaving all fields blank will bring up the entire database. Due to the size of the database, your wait may be up to one minute long. Please note that if you are searching by address, you might get better results by just typing the address number (i.e., 4014 for 4014 East McDowell) or street name (i.e., Thomas for Thomas Road).
